Floating Interval Work

This cycle there will be a floating interval piece that will be posted with Monday’s workout.  It will focus on Aerobic Capacity through running, rowing and AD.

15 Sets:

100m Run @ 85-90%

1:2 Work:Rest

A) Every 3 Min, 5 Sets:

10 Fast BS @ 50% of RM

B)  10 EMOM

1 Snatch @ 80%

C)  Work to a Tough Snatch Balance

D) Snatch Balance, 5×2 @ 80% of C, Rest 1-2 Min

E) 8 Min AMRAP

5 Cal AD

7 DL (155, 105)

9 Bar over Burpee
