Floating Interval Work

This cycle there will be a floating interval piece that will be posted with Monday’s workout.  It will focus on Aerobic Capacity through running, rowing and AD.

8 Rounds:

90 sec AD @ 85-90%, Rest 90 sec

 

 

A) Every 3 Min, 5 Sets:

B) 10 EMOM

1 Snatch @ 85%

C) 7 EMOM

1 Snatch Balance @ 85% of C from 26 Jun

D) 8 Min AMRAP
