3 Hi-Hang Cleans + PJ @70% of Clean RM

C)  3 Snatch Pulls @ 105%, 5 Sets, 2 Min Rest – drop and reset b/t reps

D)  Front Rack Rev. Lunges, Tough, 5 Reps/Leg, 4 Sets, 1 Min Rest
